Hundreds of hats, booties and blankets/shawls have been knitted “with love” and given to cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy and newborn/preemie babies at Newton-Wellesley. The Ladies Knitting Committee, within the Town of Dover’s Council on Aging, started knitting the items in the spring of 2012. Thank you, Ladies Knitting Committee, for your incredible generosity!
