Driving an hour to this dealer was worth it!

A little background -- I've purchased and helped purchase several vehicles in the past. I'm the kind of guy that usually researches everything and sometimes even goes on Sundays when no one is there to check out the cars -- hassle free.

I can honestly say from the half dozen or so car purchases that I've been involved in, I've never had a more fun time purchasing a car. The reasons? Firstly, although we know that sales people and managers all benefit when a car is sold, they honestly couldn't care less about how they get paid; only that I'm happy with a car that I like. They didn't try to push extra accessories, or any of the extra crap that many dealers try to sell.

Secondly, under an hour of coming on the lot (after visiting several others) I was out of there, paperwork done, and car ready.

Finally, I came in about 30 minutes before they closed, and everyone made me feel comfortable about staying a few extra minutes making sure that I had the car I wanted pretty much ready to drive out back home.

My main pleasure with this dealership is that it seemed to me that they were there for the benefit of the consumer, and selling cars came in second. Just in case some higher-up reads this, I frankly think it's a great way to do business, and I will be back before the end of next year to purchase another vehicle.

My salesperson was Van, and I dealt a bit with Steve, and finally with the guy from Financing...but everyone seemed nice.

I feel "ripped off." I have been coming here for a few services over the last couple of years. I've also gotten tires done here. Yes, they take a while to get something done, but, they are professional about it, and take the time to explain things. My issue, and I think it's a major issue that may affect all Mr Tire locations is the way they charge. From the outside, it seems you are getting a good deal, a sign or two will remind you they do some things for free whereas other places may charge you for these services. Where they get you, and where they got me, is on perhaps uncommon things. I had a broken wheel, and was charged more than 3.5 times then I could have gotten it. I don't think I should pay $749.99 for a wheel that I could have bought for $150. When you don't know much about tires or wheels, and with the signage they have outside, you don't expect to be "ripped off." They were other websites that also had it for $200-$250, so it want an anomaly. I could even understand them perhaps doubling their money, but more than tripling? When you go buy a laptop at Best Buy, do you expect a $500 laptop to cost $1700? Neither do I, and I didn't that to happen to me in a place as "professional" as Mr. Tire. I know they had the tire delivered, and they did tell me it would take a few days, what I don't understand is if it took a few days, why am I being charged so much? I understand they should make money, but there's a level of basic trust, a sort of unwritten contract, that the customer should not worry about being entirely ripped off. I currently expect Mr. Tire to make it right, and I'll be willing to go back to them in the future, as long as they promise to charge me fairly. If not made right in a few days, I intend to challenge my American express transaction, citing predatory pricing, and having price protection for the item I bought. Then, to make sure others will know to check pricing, I plan to post this exact review at other Google, Yelp, Facebook, for every location, every week, until I get a response. Again, I can understand over paying, but not in this ratio. If anyone at Mr. Tire thinks it's ok, then please, next time you buy a $6 dollar value meal, give them $20 and tell them to keep the change. And do this until you have paid $750 dollars, because that's what I did.

This isn't your common chiropractor; above average for sure. He doesn't nickle and dime you with unnecessary sessions. Whereas other chiropractors like to book an appointment or two just to take your x-rays and talk too much, this guy gets right to the point and starts the healing process. Don't get me wrong now, he will talk to explain things that you want to know, but not charge you just for speaking with you. Don't expect results overnight, and realize that you have to do the work outside his office, and that his treatments may prevent you from getting worse faster at the very least, and at the very best actually improve your condition. He has lots of equipment that is also physical therapy related, which is a bonus. Everything is clean, smells good, and organized. His availability is pretty good, and if you want a massage before or after, that's available right next door to him.

They didn't have cupcakes for the 2nd time! I'm not saying it is easy to project how many cupcakes you will need, but whether you need to make more mid-day, or have more left over at the end of the day to give away to charity, you have to have cupcakes. It's like a coffee place running out of coffee! I know it is easier to make coffee on demand than cupcakes, but they need to figure something out, because honestly I keep not going there because of the time it takes to get into their parking lot and then be told they don't have any cupcakes. The staff is nice, the decor is interesting and nice, they have a lot more space they could do more with in terms of product, but that's up to them. All I want is to be able to have a cupcake, because I like their cupcakes, but my time, gas money, etc. Is important to me too. As I write this review around 6:03pm, several individuals wanted cupcakes and they have none. I don't know if they ran out at 4pm or 5pm or when, but I would call first before you waste your time.
