Driving an hour to this dealer was worth it!

A little background -- I've purchased and helped purchase several vehicles in the past. I'm the kind of guy that usually researches everything and sometimes even goes on Sundays when no one is there to check out the cars -- hassle free.

I can honestly say from the half dozen or so car purchases that I've been involved in, I've never had a more fun time purchasing a car. The reasons? Firstly, although we know that sales people and managers all benefit when a car is sold, they honestly couldn't care less about how they get paid; only that I'm happy with a car that I like. They didn't try to push extra accessories, or any of the extra crap that many dealers try to sell.

Secondly, under an hour of coming on the lot (after visiting several others) I was out of there, paperwork done, and car ready.

Finally, I came in about 30 minutes before they closed, and everyone made me feel comfortable about staying a few extra minutes making sure that I had the car I wanted pretty much ready to drive out back home.

My main pleasure with this dealership is that it seemed to me that they were there for the benefit of the consumer, and selling cars came in second. Just in case some higher-up reads this, I frankly think it's a great way to do business, and I will be back before the end of next year to purchase another vehicle.

My salesperson was Van, and I dealt a bit with Steve, and finally with the guy from Financing...but everyone seemed nice.

I was a member of Anytime Fitness and Gold's Gym (both the old and new locations). I have no affiliation to this gym other than being a regular member. As long as you don't need a much smaller gym with 24 hour access, or a gym with lots of glitz, loud music, and mirrors, then this gym is for you! This one, in my opinion, is the best equipped gym, fairly priced (especially for couples and families), well staffed, and lots of variety of sporting activities aside from the usual classes, machines, and weights. They have basketball, a couple of pools (one of them huge), 1 basketball court with 6 basketball rims, 2 racquetball courts, indoor track, and bar to make you delicious drinks, and I'm sure I'm leaving many other things. This gym, in my opinion, has the most stations to clean your hands, and towels are easy to find. They have full locker rooms and showers. The strongest point of this gym is the variety.

My opinion based on my experience: I had one of their system for some time, and had some issues with it. They were nice enough to replace the main unit, but the problem continued to exist. A nice older man made clear, and correctly so, that they have done their job, and signed a contract, and that they did everything they were supposed to do. If I had any further issues, I would have to speak with ADT. In fairness to them, in the beginning, I was satisfied with the system, and therefore they did nothing wrong. However, my system started giving issues after that time period. Eventually I took it up with ADT (I believe a corporate office from nearby, but I'm not sure), per their suggestion. The installer that came said that he was surprised that the AAA Security installed a residential system. I don't know if that's true, I wouldn't know what the difference is. I never knew that it was a residential system, perhaps this was told to me earlier, but this certainly was not made clear enough if they did. However, the system they put in was cheap, around $100-$150 if my memory serves me correctly. At the time I was dealing with the issue, I offered to pay more for a different system, but the older man said that this was their most dependable wireless system. It's been about a year since I have had installed a much more expensive system, and it has worked absolutely flawlessly. The folks working here are very nice, and they did their job according to what they had to do, and maybe even went further then they should have, and although the value of their service was good, it just wasn't good enough for my particular situation. Bottom line: nice people, my equipment for my situation was OK but not great, I would say if you have a residence you want to arm it give them a call, but ask lots of questions and maybe ask for a longer guarantee (if even possible).

People are nice, but twice in one month they didn't have a car for me, after I booked it. They said both times that their entire region was out, so obviously the entire enterprise region is undependeble. The last time this happened to me was today, and this is after I called yesterday afternoon to make sure a car will be available (unlike last time) and they said "yes." I even called them in the morning g to tell them I'm on the way at 8:03am. It's too bad enterprise corporate isn't noticing this regional problem, it makes me wonder what other regions may be like this in enterprise? I'll be contacting corporate.

They were super friendly and informative. I had several questions for them and they were pleasantly answering all of them.

2 hr oil change with appointment. That's right! I was given 3 choices of times during the same day, I selected the earliest, and upon arrival I was told it will be 2 hours. So... Nice bait and switch. Makes me wonder was choices I would get here if I had to do even any kind of minor work?

In my view, this place has no honor, no respect, has a mentality that sort of reminds me of a prison, in my view, where the patients are inmates that may choose to be abused. Here's why I say that: My friend was quoted a price for a multi-task procedure, each task done at a different date. Then the pricing changed on the last task. What's the point of getting a quote if it is not honored? I mean, seriously, what's the point of a quote if it changes midway? I'm sure they have some fine print that allows this, just bring your magnifying glass and a lawyer :-) lol. My friend told me that they appeared to have lost her records of previous tasks, they weren't sure when or who saw her last. On the plus side, she said they were nice to her. Take this review as what it's worth.

I go here because they are the only Starbucks in my area. Although the people who work there are awesome, I don't believe they are supporting the Starbucks brand properly. There is a problem of food item selection that has started about two weeks ago. After 6pm, you may be hard pressed to find a selection of any deserts/pastries/cakes. I was once here at 1pm, and the selection was nearly as bad. A quick, non-scientific glance at the food showcase easily shows that there's more than 50% of the food items missing. Also, for the last year, they have not carried low or non fat cream cheese citing that there isn't enough demand. Starbucks would rather have inconsistent menu offerings from location to location as opposed to ordering just a little less low fat cream cheese? Really Starbucks? Let's pretend that the minimum order quantity for cream cheese is a thousand pieces and only 10 customers would request this. Starbucks wouldn't lose money by simply getting a pound of low fat cream cheese from the supermarket. It comes down to this: Starbucks (at least only this location) cares more about every penny, then to give the customer consistent menu offerings from opening to close. And for those of you who think I'm being unreasonable, please understand that I'm not talking about 10 or even 20 percent missing items, I'm talking about over half. How would you like to go to say, McDonald's, and half their combos are gone at 6pm when they close 3 or 4 hours later?
