Here is a simple cinnamon bun recipe that is deliciously gooey but has no milk, butter, or eggs. Not only is it vegan but it only takes max 2 hours to make from start to finish. Amazing!

Here are my 6 tips for getting through the craving stage when becoming a vegetarian!

"It’s the same as if you suddenly cut out your favourite unhealthy sugary or salty snack. Even though it’s not necessarily good for you, your body is trained to want and enjoy it. The good news is that these cravings will eventually disappear with time. The trick is being able to get through the storm."
