This is the same review that I left on yelp. If I could give this place less than a star I would. Last night my wife and I went there because it is just down the road from our apartment. We ordered a pizza and garlic knots, dine in. We sat down and waited for thirty minutes. I was thinking, "hey that seems a little long for a pizza" since the place was emptying out. I went up and asked the guy if my pizza had been cooked and about how long it may take. After a few minutes of him doing something, other than looking for my order, he said, "it'll be a few minutes and we will bring it out to you." This interaction was clearly a brush off and a "Why are you asking me? Get out of my face". I sat down and waited another 15 minutes and asked someone else the same question. The cook looked confused and pointed to the warming case. The guy went over and grabbed it and handed it to me. I said, "are you serious?" He just handed it to me and walked away. Needless to say, I am angry about my experience. Although I don't know what fresh fuel pizza tastes like because it had been in a warmer drawer for at least twenty minutes ,I imagine it tastes like a warmer version of the crap I ate when we got back to our apartment. I would rank the pizza taste less than a chilled pizza hot pocket. Not going back. Garbage service and poor quality pizza.

I just went to this location at exactly 5pm on a sunday so it was early.... my family an I (4) walked in an was greated by an extremely rude girl at the register, she acted as if I was bothering her simply by ordering a salad. An my husband had a question about the toppings an, very rudely her response was "they're all extra". Her eyeballs were rolling back in her head so much I thought she was having a seizure or was on drugs. We ordered a basic large peperoni pizza, it was ok they said 711 pizza was better. Thats pretty bad. The salad was ok, the veggie salad with chicken (she brought it w/no dressing) It was our first time going there an I had passed by the night before an it looked packed so I was looking forward to it. We couldn't get out fast enough! Needless to say they just lost business because of the terrible service. RUDE RUDE RUDE... if your not happy with were an what time you work than you shouldn't be working there!

Awful. Guy that answered the phone was extremely unprofessional. Then they delivered rotten milk! My son puked. They offered to bring more milk, thats it. Bunch of drop outs running that place.

Wonderful experience!! Love the blast from the past ambiance. The pizza was good and the people were friendly but my favorite was definately all the vintage decorations.

This restaurant is disgraceful, like many people who have reviewed this before me have said, "rude, disgusting, and unprofessional" I couldn't agree more! Now, the young man who waited on us was actually pretty nice, just unproperly trained. Food was more just a question of taste, if you are into greasy NYC pizza, the pizza was okay, but if you like the crispy thin crunch of a Cali pizza, you would absoulutely hate this. Aside from that, the real problem is (don't hurl) BUGS. It was probably one of the nastiest things I've ever seen. A giant roach crawled across our table while we were eating. GROSS. Of course we left promptly and I didn't get a chance to see the sanitation score, I bet it was fairly low though. In conclusion, unprofessional attitude, sub standard fod, mediocre service and an unsanitary eating enviromet? Count me out.

We had the Stromboli, the spicy Italian sub, and the cinnamon knots. The Stromboli and the sub were good, but the cinnamon knots were really tough. I'd say stale; probably were made hours ago and had been sitting out ever since.
