Come here all the time! Really flavorful and relaxing place. Kind of cold though. It's a market full of places to order food, really different from what I'm used to but it is great. Hakata ramen is my favorite!

After reading a friend's review, I HAD to check this place out. I got the recommended D-set (ramen and spam musubi) for lunch, and I wasn't disappointed. I really like their spam musubi here--they go easy on the sauce and the addition of the salty plum flavor seasoning is different (and good). To achieve some kind of a baseline, I got everything "normal," and I must say it was very very good. Next time I might try a firmer noodle, but the middle of the road treated me very well. My sis got the spicy miso topping, and I went for wonton. I loved the spicy miso, but the wonton wasn't anything special. I know what to do next time. The spicy miso adds a really nice kick. The gyoza that came with my sister's A-set were delectable also. An awesome place to go to after a night of drinking--put my head on right :P

The ramen was delicious. I love how you can customize the toppings, noodle consistency, and broth.

Simple yet awesome ramen. Now i know why people flock to this place. Price is affordable, crowd is young and interesting, very welcoming atmosphere. Servers claps and cheerfully exclaims in Japanese (not sure what they say but they sure sound glad!) whenever patrons arrive and leave. The best thing - simplicity and awesome taste. Definitely will come back with my kids to try the ramen, this time without the soup.

We always got out for lunch on Sundays. We were looking for something different, first time trying Japanese cuisine. The whole family enjoyed it. 😋

Fantastic Hakata style ramen. Pork based broth with thin straight ramen noodles with tons of toppings to add. At dinner, the Pork Belly side dish is mind blowing.

Another good ramen spot in Gardena. I do like that you can customize your bowl from the texture of the noodles to the broth, and even add all kinds of toppings. I keep mine simple with the hard noodles, thick broth, egg, and char siu. The noodles they use here are too thin for my liking. I prefer thick noodles like the ones at Tsujita or Yamadaya. There's always a wait but they tend to flip tables fairly quickly. Service: Quick and attentive.

Just judging by the constant crowd hovering outside, you know this a a good ramen place. I'm secretly glad there's always a crowd or else I would be eating here everyday that a tiny ramen baby would form. Everything is customized to your taste. First you choose the type (best to start off with the hakata ramen) then you get to choose the noodle firmness, broth strength, and oil amounts. I like my ramen less oily and my noodles on the softer side, so it's a perfect system. Then, at an extra cost, you can add toppings and sides. They make this meal all about you and this just makes the ramen experience that much more amazing. Come right when they open or be prepared to wait at least 30 min to get a seat!
