I secured a timely reservation for Mother's Day and when my mom and I arrived we were seated right away, my mom is elderly and didn't want to chance getting cold sitting in the quaint patio so we asked for a place inside. The host had us place at more private table inside, thanks for the quick work! It was a set menu which offered a good variety of their breakfast and lunch fare, my mom settled on the Simmzy's burger of all things and they easily accommodated her tastes on how she liked it, plus since I sharing the large burger they presented it nicely halved. Our meals where all enjoyed and our server was sweet and attentive, the ambiance was on the noisy side but the energy was good. I had eaten here before so I knew my mom would like it, thanks Tin Roof for a last minute reservation booking!

Fabulous service, Impressive bartenders, chefs know their stuff and they keep it simple. Most people seem to get the famous burger or the cote de boeuf, which is dry aged, succulent and comes with plenty of bone marrow. I wish I tried the burger. I will be back for that.... I loved the frisée salad and the Moules were pretty good. They were simple with tomato and onions. The dry aged cote de beouf was worth the price if I love bone marrow. The bone marrow portion was fabulous. The actual meat was average in my opinion. Maybe I just had a strange piece. My dining partner liked everything. All in all, intimate place, wonderful cocktails and good food. You can't go wrong here.

Tin Roof Bistro is a perfect place for dinner with friends, date night, and make a great lunch spot with co workers. I've been here a handful of times and never had a bad experience. The food is fresh and delicious! I love the pizza! The lunch special sandwiches are amazing too! Get the brussel sprouts! It's yummy and cooked perfectly. Call ahead for reservations if you're coming in for lunch. It gets busy! Tip: Sit on the patio on a nice day!

The caramelized brussels sprouts appetizer is a standing order on each of my visits. Roasted perfectly with butter, garlic and lemon makes this dish a winner. When it comes to pizza, definitely choose the Arugula Salad Foldover which is so tasty and delicious (best pizza w/ fresh arugula I've had so far). All salads on the menu are great choices and you have a variety of mains to choose from such as fish, pasta, chicken, ribs and steak. You can even order the famous Simmy's Burger there, so you don't have to fight the crowds down the street near the beach. Tin Roof Bistro in Manhattan Beach is a reliable, consistent choice when wanting to enjoy a casual night out, good atmosphere and of course great food. Seating in the outdoor patio also makes your dining experience extra fun.

Great atmosphere, and the food is delicious. HOWEVER, stay clear of the veggie lasagna! It's nothing but a heap of cheese and tomato sauce. I regret getting it and now I'm sitting at a table with everyone eating their delicious sandwiches. 😂 The service is mediocre, but it's timely. They aren't as attentive and hardly made eye contact, but I understand. I've worked in a high end fast paced restaurant before so I know how hectic it can get.

We had the fold over pizza, Cobb salad and firecracker shrimp. All were very tasty and offered a unique spin. The service was attentive and the ambience is adorable. would definitely come back and sit on the patio! Great specialty cocktail list as well.
