School busses may be safer than driving your kids to school, but only in terms of the frequency of auto accidents. The prevalence of violence and bullying on school busses has increased in recent years – a quick YouTube search for school bus fights returns over 190 thousand videos – and to the detriment of our educational system as a whole. The conventional wisdom of “kids will be kids” has allowed this issue to malinger and metastasize into a cancer that threatens to cripple an already ailing educational system. At no point did this non-attorney spokesperson explain that lawyers who opt to become members of 411-Pain must pay a fee to participate .
