+Mikey D I tried giving the new TNT a listen...but just couldn't continue.  Without Tom and Iyaz it just lost that "something".  I added Tom's new show to my regular list right after it started and have been listening ever since. He seems to have a lot of people that were guests on TNT to come to his new show and it's working out well.

I didn't listen to Framerate on TWiT, but I am finding CordKillers interesting.

Even mentioning Erik will get you kicked out of TwiT chat.  I wish Erik would post something so we know he is OK. He seems to have dropped off the grid !!

Apple has made a number of odd decisions lately that caused me and many others to question whether Apple is "losing its soul." It will be interesting to see how things change without Steve Jobs. Will Apple become a more likable company, free from the last-minute, death-bed decisions of a tyrannical genius? Or have the recent missteps foreshown that without Steve's day-to-day input, the magic is already lost?

You can sign content deals, build cloud infrastructures, and pre-buy flash memory all you want, but without the rallying cry and prophetic vision of a charismatic leader, the "Apple fanboy" is an endangered species.

It's sad, but I've been feeling this since Steve's passing as well, I just haven't been able to articulate it very well. He was a visionary and quite honestly his love of technology and the way he personally presented Apple products with enthusiasm were what sold me on switching from PC in the first place. I'll hold out hope that things proceed as they always have, however. :)
