they are a little unorganized. i gave all the info for my bridesmaid dresses, and someone didn't enter it into the system (thank goodness i decided to call and see how many of my girls still needed to order dresses. that is when they informed me i was not in the system). also, my mom ordered my head peice, and it finally came three months later.

I see all the great reviews date back to 2008. I would give them a zero if I could. My friend and I went looking for a wedding gown for me. We did arrive early to our appointment - some 20 min - but did not even get a greeting until 10 minutes after because the salespeople were in the back. When finally one of them came out, after asking if I had been to other shops or looked at other dresses, to which I replied yes, she just pointed me to the 2 rooms they had of gowns and told me to browse and let her know when I had picked out the ones I wanted to try and left . There was no help whatsoever on giving me direction or suggestions, and when it was time to try the dresses on, she would leave at whatever chance she got. There were no other customers besides me and my friend in the whole freaking store! When I tried on all the dresses out, I thought she would come back with a card or something with the styles I liked or their number in case we wanted to come back, but no, we waited for another 10-15 min and finally decided to leave and saw her yapping away with the other salesperson. You would think in a time like this they would want to make a sale, but she (Caitlin) really didn't care or even pretend to. I suggest to go to Mariposa in Anaheim instead. Leanna was super attentive and friendly. Their selection was better too. If you still go to The Dresser anyway, have somebody else besides Caitlin to help you. Maybe you'll have better luck than I did.

The dresses, facilities, and most of the employees at this salon are excellent. The woman who does the alterations, however, is horrid. She did not finish our dresses by the promised date (we were told we could pick them up eight days later) and was very rude to the entire bridal party. There were no apologies or discounts offered for the inadequate services provided. It really is a shame that this lady ruined the experience because this is a wonderful salon otherwise, and all of the other women who worked there were great! I would recommend having alterations done elsewhere if you are going to order from this salon.

I'm my sister-in-law's maid of honor, when we walked in were were greeted plainly. We weren't asked if we could be assisted in finding the dresses we needed, which we had the style numbers for, and as when we left the girl at the front desk said,"Goodbye girls". Now we have been to a few other bridal stores such as David's and were treated wonderfully. We will not be coming back to The Dresser.
