Congratulation to Travis Hall our Nice Employee of the Month! Travis was on a test drive and saw a man having a heart attack he stopped, got him to the hospital and quite possibly saved his life! How cool is that?

What a polite and efficient staff they have! Emily provided fantastic service and found me a loan and a car that I loved! After several bad experiences with car lots, I am relieved to find one that is interested in providing a fair transaction for both sides o the deal. They were as transparent as they could be. I got exactly what I wanted and did not leave feeling cheated - which is a new experience for me & car lots. I will be back to buy every car in the future from them.

Overall i had a pretty positive experience here. Other lots seem to pressure you, seem bored, or overly fake in order to sell to you. The team here was patient and willing to listen to my needs. I would definitely recommend this place to buy a used car. Salesperson: Tony Ferriera

Great place to buy a vehicle! A special thanks to Mike Begley. He was awesome! He answered all of our questions, listened to us, and found us the perfect vehicle. We all know how long it can take to buy a car when you have to arrange financing. Mike made the time fly by with interesting conversation and lots of laughs. Being a first time car buyer I was very nervous to purchase my first vehicle. I worked with a few great gentlemen at this dealership, who made my car purchase a breeze. If you're looking for a vehicle, these guys can help! Lawrence, Doug, and Jim all went above and beyond to help me out with my car purchase. They made sure I was well taken care of and answered my MANY questions. I would definitely recommend to talk to any of these guys for your next car purchase.

Lets face it many of us have been through trials and tribulation's in life. We try to overcome and then just settle with what we have. Then what we settle for ...fails. In many of our cases it's our credit and what we depend upon to get us to from point A to point B. I was there. A vehicle I had for seven years (paid for by the way) failed. I kept just pouring money into it just to keep it running. Probably 7000 to 8000 in repairs. But once again it broke down. I was tired of the "lemon". Something someone I trusted sold me, no warranty, no perks, no discounts. I was skeptical, based on my experience and credit, I felt I had little to no chance of really walking out with anything more than what I already had. After filling out an on-line application, Forrest Yocom from Dick Hannah's called and we set up an appointment. My appointment was at 11:00 A.M. (very important, mentioned later) I got there and Forrest asked what I would like to be into, filled out a couple forms and he showed me some vehicles. The particular vehicle's he showed me, he made sure to explain the history and CARFAX report on all of the vehicles. Forrest was also so honest on what, based off my credit report, I could get into and didn't want to get my hopes up on what I couldn't get into. During a test drive, Forrest was honest about what to look out for, based off of basic test driving and CARFAX report, more so than any salesman I ever encountered. During the wait for if I qualified or not, Forrest shared his personal story, his interests and overall life experience. At the end of it all, Forrest not only was able to get me into a vehicle I wanted, but what was practical and needed as well, including a warranty and a discount on services that I had never been offered in my whole life experience buying a vehicle. The next day I had planned to pick up my children for a visit. They were so longing to visit especially since the prior week, the area they live in was stricken with a wildfire. They were evacuated from their home and everything was so smoky. One of my daughters suffered from the allergies caused by the smoke. I will tell you this. Forrest made the visit happen. The car performed beautify and at the time of writing this they are visiting me, and of course happy daddy has a car that I can now visit them more frequently. A very personable human quality Forrest has. A quality that salesmen and women should seek to emulate. I could have not seen my children this 2015 summer had not Forrest made it happen. One more thing, I mentioned earlier my appointment was at 11:00 A.M. I was there until about 5:00 P.M. Six whole hours, I felt like I was Forrest's only customer. I didn't know if he had other's or not but that's how he made me feel. And speaking for people (Forrest did not tell me but I assumed) working on commission he spent a most appreciated and respected amount of time with me. In the years to come, I will not only be recommending Dick Hannah's to family and friends, but most specifically Forrest Yocom as their point of contact. I really appreciate this man.

We stopped in just too look after doing a little research. As soon as we pulled in we were greeted by Emily McGraw. She ended up spending the day with us. Driving us around and scouring lot after lot looking for the cars on my list. Her goal was to find us the perfect match and she did. She went above and beyond throughout our car buying experience. The car we chose was new to the lot and when it was ready she personally delivered it to our home. She was even willing to come in on her day off when we wanted to see just one more before our sale was finalized. Remarkable service. She was always kind and professional, even fun at times. She will be our go to if we are ever in the market again. The management was also very helpful.
