Congratulation to Travis Hall our Nice Employee of the Month! Travis was on a test drive and saw a man having a heart attack he stopped, got him to the hospital and quite possibly saved his life! How cool is that?

Lance did an amazing job. Everything went so smooth. Most places drag it out, but Lance and Rock made it flawless. No messing around. Just straight to the point with absolute friendliness. We thank Dick Says Yes for making it smooth and honest. Keep up the great work! Definitely would go back and work with the same people. Perfect!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I just purchased a mini van here and worked with Jim Mahin who was wonderful! I even returned the first van because I ended up not being in love with it so I brought it back. The finance manager James was super sweet and him and Jim both worked their magic to get me into a different van that I totally love now! GOOD CREDIT OR BAD CREDIT... I'D ONLY USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY USED CAR PURCHASE! THANKS GUYS!!

This is a wonderful company and Jim is the bomb!!! I have challenging credit and I didn't think for a minute he could get me a car but I figured...what have I got to lose?!?!?!?!? Little did I know...I drove off the lot with a 2015 Hyundai Elantra with 46,000 miles. Jim was absolutely wonderful. He told me he could get me in a car and sure as heck...with the monthly payment and low miles I requested. I can't thank Jim enough. I will be sure to recommend "Dick Says Yes" to all my friends and family!!! Again, thank you so much Jim!!!!

From start to finish, I had a great experience! My credit situation was challenging, and it took me over a month to even go on a test drive. The salesman I worked with was Doug Kenaga. He kept in touch with me over a month or two, with the perfect balance of "checking in" without being too pushy. He is honest and straightforward, with a great sense of humor that put me at ease. Mary was such an angel. I was able to get 2013 Chevrolet Sonic LT with 35,000 miles with little money down an d after filing bankruptcy. They are the best. I will be a lifetime customer and definitely would recommend them. Ask for Mary though because she will be your guardian angel...she is mine. Thanks again.

Taylor and Forrest were awesome and very eager to help us with our credit situation (and were very sympathetic to the series of tragedies which caused our challenges) even giving great advice beyond just helping us get the right car. I am a single mom with two kids. I work very hard, although my credit score does not show that nor does not allow me to do very much, especially in the car buying industry. Had the best experience with the service center at dick says yes, I purchased my car a couple of months ago and hit a snag when, as I put it "the car started sounding angry". Which the service team seemed to like my description of! now as a woman I've always felt a little intimidated by going into service centers, but I have to admit Eric and Antony truly made me feel at ease and put my mind at rest that they would be able to take care of it, and help me was terrified that it was going to cost me a small fortune to fix but both Kai and Antony were great at dealing with the manufacturer and getting it completely covered by my warranty! Thank you guys you really provided such a great experience I can't recommend you enough!!!
