Intriguing flavor combinations that sounded odd together but worked extremely well with the taste buds. Suggest going with a group of people so that you can taste a lot of different items. Brussel sprouts are a must and most unique version I've experienced. The flatbread with the prosciutto and truffle oil gets thumbs up. As an FYI all of the pasta entrées can be ordered as a half order. I got half of gnocchi with duck and the pastiche. Pastiche was so interesting. Best flavor combos I've had in awhile without being overdone. Recommend butterscotch pudding and strawberry pepper creme brûlée for dessert. Service gets a thumbs up as well. The waiters recommendations deserve a clap clap.

My fiance and I went to dinner here for our 'nice' (something we try to do periodically) dinner on a recent getaway to Denver, and it was fantastic! Even with a nearby table being unbelievably loud at times, it was a wonderful experience. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the service was excellent! We always had full water glasses, and finished plates were removed promptly, without it feeling like they were hovering. We started by ordering a bottle of wine, from their iPad based wine and drinks menu, which was very cool, if a bit daunting due to the size of their wine list. Our waiter provided advice on a wine that ended up being great for both our tastes. I had the best smoked tomato puree soup I can imagine, and my fiance had a wonderful salad, and then we proceeded with our main courses, which were also great, as was dessert. The atmosphere in Panzano is very feels cozy and intimate, but also lively. We also had an excellent table in a corner near the street, which was very nice. We would definitely go back again!

I have gone here twice, once for breakfast and once for lunch, both times it was fantastic. The service was impeccable with the waitstaff being knowledgeable and friendly. The menu has a bunch of different options and everything I have ordered so far has been very delicious. The clientele is very diverse from suits to jeans, but everyone is welcome. Love this place!

Our most recent experience here was just in the bar for happy hour, but we've been to the restaurant side several times as well and ALWAYS been wildly impressed. But last night we wend to the bar for happy hour (come early, it's fills up fast) and was very impressed with the happy hour drink and food specials. They are just as exquisite as the main menu, just smaller portions. They have $5/6/7 plates, and I couldn't have been happier with each and every one. We had a tuna tartare, a scallop dish, a couple of different flatbread pizzas (caprese and crescenza), fried eggplant, roasted brussel sprouts, knocchi, etc. EVERYTHING was amazing. And they had great drink specials as well. The staff is always very attentive and courteous. The manager often makes an appearance at every table as well. This place is a hidden gem in downtown Denver. For dinner or happy hour, it's fantastic. I hear they have a brunch that can't be beat as well. And even further I'm told that the main chef (apparently quite a notable chef in all of the Denver Metro area) puts on cooking classes that are pretty awesome. We've come to LOVE this place, as well as the Monaco hotel...

Again the menu, as it was for the Trentino Alto Adige's menu which was a menu from Friuli), for the Marche is not from the Marche at all! Polenta with snails is tipical of altipiano of Asiago in Veneto and not in the Marche and the lamb scottadito is from Lazio and not from Marche! What kind of book do you have at Panzano? Miriam Turri
