My daughter and I along with two of her friends went on Sunday to see Minions. There was a mix-up at the snack bar with the gift card my daughter was using and somehow she was overcharged. I spoke to the manager of the snack bar and she was fabulous!!!! Superior customer service!!!!!!! Kids are going back today to see Minions again!!!! KUDOS to the Frederick location!

I've always enjoyed this theater until yesterday. I cannot believe this theater is now checking in women's purses for snacks and drinks. Try lowering the shark prices of your snacks and drinks and maybe more people will buy them!! I am more than a little annoyed by this and WILL NOT EVER buy anything from their snack bar from now on. What if I had a candy bar in my purse that I had purchased before and never got around to eating it? What, are you going to make me throw in away after I've purchased my ticket?? Please...this is still a free country and can have anything in my purse that I want to that will not be a danger to anyone else. VERY disappointed

I don't know why the people of Frederick still patronize this theater? Why? Patronizing this theater is condoning the action of the manager. The manger that set the wheels in motion that ended Ethan Saylor life. Was his life worth the $8.00 you save you company? Noooooooooo...... wait he GAVE AWAY tickets to everyone in the theater after the tragedy....smh. Worthless, and petty human....smh in sadness. Im will not patronizing any Regal Theaters because evidently this is their policy, to be heartless, and cruel to their disable customers.

Couldn't care less staff. Very slow ticket sales and concessions. Tickets are priced like the theatre is in Bethesda instead of Frederick. Only redeeming quality is comfortable seats.

Instead of posting a review (With little to almost no knowledge on the subject, like half of these comments) based off of the incident that happened at this theatre. Ill actually share how my visits to the Regal Cinema were, along with my thoughts on it. When we have gone, we have had two types of people helping us at the ticket booth and the food area. Either the barely caring, unenthusiastic type of people, or the kind, up beat type of people. The snacks there are over priced, as are the tickets (In my opinion). They do have some games there which can be entertaining. And the actual theatre rooms are nice. Big screens, good sound. The chairs aren't the best, but they aren't the worst. And we have had only two problems in all of maybe 10 years while watching a movie here. And in my opinion, the theatre could do for a little bit of redesigning.

Despite some of the reviews this is honestly not a bad theater. Great theater rooms, decent seats and great picture/sound quality. Yes, the concessions are pricey but what major theater doesn't have a rip-off concession stand? Ticket prices are also comparable to most movie theaters I've been to. Not to mention you're surrounded by restaurants, whats to complain about? 4/5 stars because I've been to better theaters (seating-wise) but otherwise its a great local theater to watch movies at.

Stupid. The managers are like 16 years old and there concession workers are the slowest when I'm trying to hurry and get to my movie. Also this black guy that's like the main manager one time came into theatre before the movie started to talk to us and he like seriously let out a spoiler. I was like wtf....

Really only worth 4 stars but I have to offset the stupidity of others giving 1 star for stupid reasons.
