I have more than 20 years of experience providing global expansion and international marketing and business development solutions to global law firms, with particular expertise helping law firms reach informed decisions about international expansion, understand the risks, rewards, opportunities, and pitfalls of doing business outside the United States, and develop and execute the strategies they need for success in their expansion efforts. Prior to founding The Godard Group, I held several senior international marketing and business development roles at one of the largest law firms in the world. During that time, I helped plan and lead office and practice expansion initiatives in Australia, Belgium, China, Germany, Hungary, India, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Singapore and Southeast Asia, Switzerland, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom, including the expansion of the firm into China, its merger with a Japanese law firm in Tokyo, and office openings in Germany, Italy, and Singapore.
