Going into 2012, we are still reeling off a fantastic 2011. We had one of the most revenue generating years in JMN history. Historically, December is a slow month for Logistics or any company in the automobile business. However, we have managed to have one of the best months to date and close out 2011 with record breaking numbers across the board. I am proud to say that not only did we increase revenue and dissolve excess cost but we managed to build our team moral in the meantime. With that being said, I have been told by several employees that it is fun to come to work. That has not always been the case. Obviously, your goal is always to turn a profit, but if you can build a solid team of trusted employees in the meantime, that says something.JMN had to overcome a lot of adversity over the last couple of years, but we did it, and we did it has a team. This team consists of people who care, not only for employment, but for each other. We have each other’s backs for lack of better words. I don’t think there are too many companies that can say that about their team of employees. I am personally excited about 2012, not only because of the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead, but because of the growth we are projecting. Although, we have a great core of employees, we look to increase our staff by another 10% in the first quarter. This will only insure the continued service levels that our customers have grown to expect from JMN. Over the past 12 years, JMN has grown into a leading ASSET based automotive transportation company. We don’t just say we have trucks,we actually do! You can check us out on the FMCSA website. (The FMCSA website will not only list the number of trucks a company has, but the number of drivers, insurance as well as safety scores.)
