To the team at Audi Sydney, I purchased a Q5 last year and to say im happy would be a understatement. From the out set of inquiring about a car Shane contacted me promptly. He was polite, friendly and his enthusiasm for the product was infectious but the best part was i didn't feel like i was being sold to and lets face facts most car salesman don't have the best reputation. Shane's service was out standing he gained my trust in a matter of minutes with his honest down to earth approach. We arranged an appointment for my wife and i to come in to your dealership and i was really impressed with Shane's attention to detail with your range of cars and also offering us a drink while we looked around but generally making us feel at home after a long working day. Once we decided on the car we then went through Audi finance and Khalil services complimented Shane's. He too was friendly and very helpful with the financing. Flash forward to our first service and there was a bit of a mix up when my wife booked the car in. Even though it was 6 months after the purchase i called Shane and was pleasantly surprised not only did he remember me but he also fixed the mix up with in 10 minutes, continuing on the great service. So we purchased a brand new black Q5 and wow what a head turner and we haven't looked back. It's safe to say not only have I told everyone about how great the Q5 is but also how great the service is to match car. My wife drives the Q5 and loves it. But when my day comes to purchase a car it's safe to say where i will be going and who i will be asking to deal with. Working in the service industry i appreciate and know how valuable feed back is. I hope not only Shane's manager but also as many members of the Audi team see this review as you all im sure have a part to play for customers to enter such a great environment and to be treated like we are your only customer SPECIAL. Keep up the great work and Shane if you get to read this hopefully I'll get to see you again one day soon which means i can get another Audi.

Dear Mr Elkordi, Last week my wife and I had the pleasure of buying an Audi A4 from your showroom. The experience was assisted by the excellent service we received from your sales executive, Tracey Saye. Tracey worked hard to find us the vehicle and a deal that fitted our needs. She was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. I must add that everyone we met at Audi was friendly and helpful, and I should mention Stuart Colley in particular for his good advice and efficient service. I recently purchased a Q3 from Audi Centre Sydney and I write to express my gratitude for the high level of customer service I received from Nathan Gispan and the Audi team at Audi Centre Sydney The day I bought the car I was actually coming in to test drive a A3. Nathan was more than happy to take the time to take me for test drive, while on the test drive he uncovered through non-intrusive questions my lifestyle and my needs for a new vehicle. Once we arrived back to the show room we looked at what was available in terms of the A3 as I needed my car within a few weeks. Nathan mentioned if I had looked at the Q3 and while in the show room took me over to sit in the car. As I am tall and in sales I live in my car, from the moment I sat in the Q3 I knew I wanted it. Nathan was patient, knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He made me feel like nothing was a big deal and answered every question I had. What surprised me even more was the continue level of service after I had purchased he called to let me know I could call him at any time with any future questions regarding the vehicle. I was extremely impressed with his service and the service from other members of the team I dealt with - being in sales myself I know exactly what I don’t want in a sales person. Nathan certainly gained my trust and I will be coming back to him when I upgrade my car in a few year. COMPLETELY UN-PROFESSIONAL SALES, RECEPTION AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, I PAID A DEPOSIT FOR A CAR AROUND 4 WEEKS AGO, WHILE THE FINANCE WAS UNDER APPLICATION THEY SOLD THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE, EVEN THOUGH I HAD PAID A DEPOSIT FOR IT.. 4 WEEKS LATER AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY DEPOSIT, I HAVE MADE NUMEROUS PHONE CALLLS TO THE RECEPTION, SALES AND FINANCE DEPARTMENT, I HAVE EMAILS FROM THEM APOLOGIZING ABOUT THE DELAY AND THAT IT WILL BE IN MY ACCOUNT ON THIS DATE.. BUT IT NEVER IS. SO FAR I HAVE WASTED APPROXIMATELY 6 HOURS OF MY TIME SENDING THEM DOCUMENTATION, EMAILS, CALLLING THEM ETC NOT TO MENTION THAT AFTER ALL OF THAT THEY STILL DIDNT ACTUALLY PROVIDE ME WITH A VEHICLR, I HAVE SINCE BOUGHT ELSEWHERE, SAME CAR 7K CHEAPER AND WITH THE SAME 2 YEAR WARRANTY, IT TOOK THEM ALL OF 2 DAYS TO HAVE EVERYTHING SORTED OUT INTERSTATE AND I HAVE HAD MY CAR FOR A WEEK, BUT STILL AUDI CENTRE SYDNEY HAS NOT REFUNDED THE DEPOSIT I PAID FOR A VEHICLE THEY THEN SOLD OUT FROM UNDERNEATH ME!!! PAY ME MY MONEY AUDI CENTRE SYDNEY!!!!!!!!!! YOU ARE THE WORST MOST UN PROFESSIONAL DEALER I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT BEING A SUPPOSEDLY LEGITIMATE AUDI DEALERSHIP YOU WOULD ACTUALLY ACT PROFESSIONALLY.. SADLY I WAS MISTAKEN...
