Tales From Tech Support – our new little blog column about the ways we try to bring delight to our customers. This week we feature a success story from Emma – our cat-loving, banana bread-baking, snow-shredding Support member.
Meet Emma. Emma works in the Auckland Support team here at Vend. On any given day she answers an average of sixty support tickets through our Help Center. She also mans the phones for our Premium Support and occasionally bakes banana bread for the entire office (a favourite amongst our carb-friendly staff).
