Dinner Ideas Anyone? If you love Amritsari food, you have to try this paneer recipe with ajwain. The recipe uses simple ingredients and is quick to make for a weeknight dinner.

Amritsari Ajwaini Paneer recipe is a delicious recipe from North India that has a rich gravy flavoured with delicate spices and ajwain. Food around Northern India especially areas around Uttar Pradesh, Punjab and Haryana is rich and heavy. They also have a lavish use of Ajowan or Ajwain in their dishes like kababs, tikkas, including many of their gravies thats adds a special flavor to their cuisine. Inspired from their cuisine I combined ajwain ...

After reading this post, maybe I will go the trusty thinkpad way running either Ubuntu Unity or Ubuntu Gnome.
I don't like the way things are going with Mac OS X. My fears that something was slowly getting worse, were validated yesterday while visiting the Apple Store's Genius Bar. While my laptop was bein...

This is a photo I took on Saturday at Juhu beach of an aircraft flying overhead. I thought it came out quite nice so I wanted to share.

I never respected Ben Stiller as an actor i.e. until I saw "The Secret Life of Walter Mitty." Now I think I will keep a look out for his future releases.

That movie is awesome, every thing from the soundtrack to the cinematography to the acting. Theres an awesome song on the sountrack - "Stay Alive" by Jose Gonzalez

There are a very few movies where you actually feel for the actors, this is one of them. I highly recommend it.

Every now and then I'm tempted to buy a Mac due to all the positive things you read about Apple on the net. One reads about how much better the Apple hardware is, however its good to read an alternate point of view as well. The article below might put me off from the purchase, maybe I'll go for a trusty bulky tank of a Thinkpad instead.
What can I say - Personally I thought the iPhone 3G was the peak in quality of iPhone design by Apple. For me, the iPhone 4 and 5 were a huge step back. Sadly, the durability of the device was sacr...

Facebook buys a crappy messaging app such as WhatsApp for 19 billion and they buy Oculus Rift for a measly 2 billion. This is nonsensical as the technology on the Oculus Rift is clearly superior to that of WhatsApp. I guess they are paying for WhatsApp's user base.

Speaking of WhatsApp, its seriously crappy. A bunch of people who I can't stand added me to their group without my permission WTF. Just because I have their telephone number in my contact list. WTF!  The app needs to ask my permission before someone can add me to a group which it does not. I uninstalled the bloody thing.

I have been watching this awesome show on CNN on the cold war narrated by Kenneth Brannagh. They cover topics such as what happened in Berlin after World War II and the issues between North and South Korea etc.

While I was watching the Korean episode, CNN suddenly cut into a breaking news event on Russian troops in Crimea and the U.S. responding with economic sanctions. I was like WTF, this is the cold war playing out again.

I was wondering how it is that I get to watch awesome historical programming on CNN and on the History Channel they have crap such as Pawn Stars and Ancient Aliens?
