Wondering if The Master's Hammer and Chisel is right for you? Hope this helps!

I love that #hammerandchisel uses the 21 Day Fix containers and very similar portion control meal plan. I learned the hard way with Body Beast that following the meal plan is crucial to get a visual transformation.

Another plus with #mhc is the variety of exercises included. I didn't feel any redundancy all week and I really appreciate the two trainers.

The exercises, themselves, are tough. They focus on strength and the cardio is similar to 21 Day Fix Extreme. My heart rate stays within the 120-135 range, which is lower than I like, but is my fat burning range.

I don't have a weight bench, which is used a lot. However, modifications are provided for every move in case you don't have yet equipment or are at a beginner fitness level. You MUST have hand weights and a band.

Today is a rest day, but I feel ready for week 2!!!! Oh, in this first week I have lost 2.3 pounds and I feel LEAN and strong!
