I'm so glad I had a chance to stay here at least once. Here's my review from my trip last summer.
My full review of my stay at Aria Resort & Casino--and why you might want to stay there, too.

My first Solofriendly post in five months. It was fun remembering these days. http://solofriendly.com/first-impressions-of-venice/
Here are my long overdue first impressions of Venice, Italy, from my May 2015 solo trip. Warning: This post is photo-heavy.

The Bellagio Conservatory in Las Vegas has moved on from summer to fall now, but I still can't forget this year's super creative underwater theme.
Photos from this past summer's Bellagio Conservatory display, which was their most creative yet.

I've been a travel blogger for so long, most of my "vacations" over the past 7 years have been working vacations, as I've tried to cram in as much as possible to gather content for my blogs. This time, I took a real vacation with lots of downtime. It was glorious. I may never go back to working vacations again.
A recap of my recent trip to Las Vegas, in words, photos, and tweets.

i hope this convinces some Vegas visitors to get off the Strip for at least part of a day. The desert around Vegas is so beautiful.

I'm so glad you liked it, Gina! three weeks is plenty of time. If you're looking for off-Strip activities, check out my posts on the Valley of Fire, Springs Preserve, the Neon Boneyard, the Downtown Container Park, and 18B Arts District, too. Have a great trip!

I think the title pretty much says it all.
When I first started traveling, I had to be active every minute of every day, or I’d feel as though I were “wasting time” on my vacation. Oh, how I’ve changed as I’ve gotten older. I’m still not the kind of person who just wants to sit by a pool all day long on vacation, …

We all love hanging out with people we care about in Las Vegas, but sometimes a little "alone time" is critical. Here's a post on how to make that happen.
How to get some alone time when you're visiting Las Vegas with others.

I seriously loved Croatia, even though I didn't have a lot of time there.
All it takes is a few hours to fall in love with the beauty of Dubrovnik, Croatia.

If planning a trip to Venice, Italy is giving you sticker shock, you might consider staying in Mestre instead. Here's why:
For those visiting Venice on a shoestring budget, staying on the mainland in Mestre can be a very cost-effective alternative.
