I wonder if this would be an interesting exercise for 3d printing?  I have no medical background, but as I understood it, some of the issue is finding adapters between certain fittings (as well as having the port).  If that's correct, and there's truly a lack of devices or fittings for this purpose, I believe it would be fairly easy to design such a piece.

Diaspora/Fate this Friday at 8pm US/Central. Who's game? Usually session "0" is about world/background building. Would like to try to timebox that to try to get into actual play. +Jennifer Martin, my wife, is almost certainly down for it.

If life were different I would be very down with that.

Having been though the same situation you are now in (running a game via the internet and trying to follow the Diaspora systems generation), you may want to create default worlds that can be swapped out. I found some players were not into this part and it really hampered the game at the start.

Castles & Crusades reviews start tomorrow. Posted on October 24, 2011 by Bryce Lynch. While at GenCon 2011 I purchased all of the module

Filthy menus, overpriced seafood, and overcooked seared tuna. None of my companions enjoyed their meal and the wait staff seem put off. Although it came recommended from a local Milan colleague, I can not recommend it to anyone I know. This is the second time this year we've gone and I recall our earlier visit was also disappointing.

I'm local to the area. My wife and I occasionally visit this oasis for lunch as it is within walking distance of work. I will be avoiding this place at all costs in the future. The service staff (there were 2 in the front and one in the back) were condescending and rude. They completely botched our order and would not correct it. The food is pretty bland and boring, so it's not worth repeating the experience.
