There are so many social networks that it's impossible to keep up. Which is frustrating for me. Not that I'm the most social person out there, but due to the fact that both my friends and readers are scattered around, I feel like trying to pay attention to everything results in not being able to keep up with anything.
I've tried some social tools, but to be frank they seem to be focused on marketing. They're all expensive pissing contests. I'm only a creator trying to interact with people and know what they're up to, I'm not a business who wants to pay 50 bucks a month to learn how to act like they give a fuck. Which they don't.
So since I know I'm not the only one around who likes trying gadgets and tools, would you recommend anything decent?
I've tried Hootsuite, but it really doesn't focus on engaging. Buffer is more of a 'posting tool', Tweetdeck is good, though obviously it's only for Twitter.
I don't give a fuck about popularity contests or competitors, I just want to communicate without spending hours checking one site or another. To get info about my site I use http://www.cyfe.com/r/54134 and http://www.google.com/analytics.
Any suggestions? Let me know!
I’m an introverted person. Creativity is a very important tool, for it allows me to express myself.
I have a dark sense of humour and I may be perceived as offensive most of the time.
I paint, draw comics, sculpt, write and sing when I can. I also enjoy martial arts, I practiced Muay Thai and Kick Boxing for several years.
My paintings tend to reflect what’s inside my head and my comics portray what I think of the world around me.
I don’t like writing about myself, it seems pretentious and not personal. I guess you will have to read me or see my works to know me a little better.
