The server was very helpful, but the food was not good at all. We went there before, and the food was amazing. Today, we ordered the Lobster bites, and the Chicken fingers. Both of them were overcooked. The chicken tenders were DARK BROWN rather a Golden Brown. My Lobster bites were DARK BROWN as well. I tasted more overcooked batter than I did Lobster. I do not know if I will go back.

Came at lunch and the place was vacant. Playing music not fluent with the theme. Waitress kept forgetting items. Service was slow. Food was ok. Do yourself a favor and don't eat at joes.

Oh boy... this place is a disaster! We called ahead and even got a confirmation text but when we arrived we were 'not in the system'. They did accommodate and seated us within about 10 minutes as there was a 45 minute wait for newcomers. Once we were seated, we noticed there were several empty tables and we wondered if maybe they didn't have enough wait staff to serve that night (Saturday night 10-12-13). It went downhill from there - the service sucked. Took forever for the waitress to bring our drinks... then took forever for her to come take our order. We waited an even longer amount of time for our food - and it was simple - 2 fish platters, 2 crab stuffed shrimp dinners, and 1 kids meal. The Food: Finally got the food after watching the table in front of us - half of them got their meals - the other half was 5+ minutes later. Our dirty rice was cold and flavorless and the crab stuffed shrimp was swimming in grease - it was hot but greasy. The shrimp platters were served hot - but were also greasy and their stuffed shrimp was WAY overcooked. They did have a guy running around doing balloon hats for the kids - my kids did enjoy this and the gentleman was very engaging and personable! That was the highlight of our $100+ meal. Unfortunately there are too many good choices competing for the business - I will not make a 2nd trip to this restaurant.

We came in late and was fully aware that the service could be lacking as most people are ready to go home and tired. This was not the case! Kayla was awesome and gave us great service! The food on the other hand was exactly how we have had at another JCS at open time...lobster was overcooked and rubbery...and all 5 of us after laying down $200, left hungry. After even mustering through the poor food. For some reason chain seafood places just can't get it right...Joe's is no different. The house wine is house wine...I get it but at $8 a glass I would expect it to be equal not worst than the $5.49 Sutter Home Bottle I drink at home. We tipped very well because it wasn't the server's fault that the food was not only poor but very overpriced. We will not be going back to this chain.
