I discovered something very important a number years ago.

It was like one of those 'ah-ha' moments and everything suddenly
changed for me.

It gave me a real sense of direction and purpose for my coaching.

So what was this big idea... to make nutrition personal.

So I decided to go about it differently, to create a new approach.

Aside from the book, I've been working flat out on the Exceed Nutrition Certification course that I run for fellow coaches over the last 12 months too.
