I hate to break it to you, but your bath towel is dirty – really dirty. The moment you use it, it becomes a breeding ground of bacteria; fungi; dead skin cells; salivary, anal and urinary secretions; and many other germs lingering in your bathroom...

Had my bathroom remodeled. It was great to have someone do it the right way. Bob was meticulous and very attentive to how I wanted things to look. Everyone was courteous and took precautions to make sure the work did not impact other parts of my home. It was the first time in a long time that a contractor came into my house, did a quality job and I felt I got my moneys worth. Would not hesitate to call again. Bob went above and beyond.

Do not use Terry's Plumbing for your dye test or buy a home that was previously tested by Terry's. Terry's does not do the full test and missed a critical drain that was tied into the sewer and should not have been. Their mistake cost me over $2150 in corrective action in order to sell my home, which never should have been sold to me with that issue in the first place. They are also completely unwilling to accept responsibility for their negligence. I would not recommend their services.

Charged $160.00 to look at a leak and do nothing to fix it. Insisted immediately that we would need to gut and remodel the entire bathroom and refused to perform any stopgap repair at all in spite of the $160.00 charge. When I asked about a temporary measure, I was told there was absolutely nothing that could be done for less than $300 or knocking out a wall. A different plumber figured out a temporary fix in 2 minutes. 2 stars instead of 1 because they accurately analyzed what was wrong with the plumbing and were able to come out immediately, but it was pretty expensive to then have someone spend most of the call trying to sell me a full remodel. Which they would not have been able to fit in for 4 months, so I'm not sure where I was expected to shower until then.

I had Terry's Plumbing install a new hot water heater for me today. I don't usually write reviews like this but I felt almost obligated. Terry's Plumbing was professional and courteous. The owner was also readily available to help me out on the weekend. Their price was also the lowest with the longest warranty. Fast, clean, and a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend Terry's plumbing.

Terry was the third call I made. He diagnosed my problem more accurately then his competitors and completed his work quickly resulting in a lower cost for me. Thanks for a great job Terry!

Terry's Plumbing to the rescue! On Sunday the 10th, I noticed some water coming into my basement at an impressive rate. Since we moved in October 2015, this had happened a few times with heavy rain, but nothing to this magnitude - it was literally pushing holes in the hydraulic cement i had patched in a few places. There was a sudden cold snap on the 10th as well, went from nearly 50 degrees the day before, to about 0 degrees in a day - and that was coupled with about a half inch of rain - so I just immediately thought I needed a drain. On the off chance it was a water line, I called my borough and asked them to come and check to make sure that this wasn't the case. The borough didn't call me back until Monday morning, after which I spent most of the night trying to abate the leaking to no avail. The water company professional told me that he didn't think that it would be a water line, or backed storm drain, because the water lines were new, and there are no storm drains on our street. He also mentioned that with the recent snowfall, that they would have to wait to check the line until there was a dry day and a decrease in traffic to be able to hear if there was a leak. So, based on that information, I surrendered to the fact that I would most likely need an internal french drain. I called several places, and even a general contractor, all of whom didn't have immediate response times. This is important, because of what my wife and I had to do whilst waiting for an eval and price we could afford - this was building a levy in my basement to contain the water, using flow dams to try to direct it to drains, and every towel, blanket and sheet in the house needed to be spun out in the washer, and about 30 gallons of water vacuumed out and dumped every 6 hrs, for 7 days, so it didn't completely destroy my basement. We entertained all offers, none were great, but we were going to have to do something soon. Then, on Thursday night, I noticed that around my curb box for the water service line had no snow, neither did my hillside, and it was very soggy. So I took pictures, and sent them to the borough manager, asking for someone to come and check the line. Move to Friday Morning, the water authority gentleman who came up three times over the next few days, was such a nice man, and he very nicely told us what the problem was, and what we needed to do to get it fixed. I called in every person I knew, even my uncle who was a retired plumber for suggestions, no one had a good one, so I turned to Angie's List, and good thing I did. When I called Terry's plumbing, they were delightful, and Terry himself came out and took a look at what needed to be done. He gave me an amazing quote within my budget, and said that they would be back on Monday. Terry was the absolute best, he was respectful, honorable, and stood behind everything he said to me. The crew that Terry sent must be his "A-Team" because Jason, Jason and Tim were top shelf. They put me at ease about everything, and got everything taken care of and the water back on within just a few hours of being here the first day. They came back day 2 to straighten up the yard, and patch a hole in my basement floor where the new line came in. The whole Job went off without a hitch, other than it being about 6 degrees outside the whole time. They cleaned up everything very nicely, and gave me all the information I would need to keep myself safe going forward, and even let me know that my water tank is aging and we might want to budget for that next before it goes. Very professional, very good expert work and advice. I will use Terry's Plumbing again, and will recommend them to everyone I know. This was my first big hurdle as a homeowner, and Terry's made it easier for me. Can't thank them enough.

I just had Rick fix a plumbing issue that has been a horror. I was amazed at his professional and friendly attitude, and the swiftness with which he diagnosed and solved the problem. I will never use any other company for plumbing issues. In addition, the person answering the phone was very kind and got someone to help me on the same day. Thank you Rick and Terry's Plumbing!

You will get Great Service, But you will pay for it, Example, I have had my house snaked from the roof at least 8 to 10 times by different plumbing companies. I have used Terry's in the past at least 10 times on other income property, I was charged almost 500 dollars for what all other licensed plumbers charge me HALF that, all for the same thing , and on the same house, So you be the judge. If they know they got ya, They wilkl soak you, !!!! Recommend if you are a woman, Call someone else !!!!!!!!!!!!! I disliked because of HIGH PRICES, Not the work, 500 for 1 hour and a half is outrageous , But 5;00 and the house had to be snaked, Raider Rooter 250. O'steen Plumbing 250. Terry's 500.00 SAME JOB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for your review of Terry's Plumbing. In this particular instance, we believe there may be some slight confusion about our company location. The competitors you mentioned are located in Florida and are not near us geographically. Our office is located in Pittsburgh, PA. We do not provide services in the areas where those companies are. Please email us at info@superterry.com so we can properly sort out your complaint.
