The Mayor of Chelmsford, Councillor Bob Shepherd joins us to celebrate our 2nd Birthday and pick 2 winners for the "WIN AN iPAD2 Competition".

COMPETITION WINNERS - Our 1st iPad winner was Mr Tony Harding from Billericay. Tony was one of our first clients when we sold his property in Little Waltham in 2010. He was so impressed with our service he asked us to market his c...urrent home near Billericay. He was thrilled to win and said "He had never won anything before in his life". He had been considering buying an iPad for some time and is pictured receiving his prize from Director, Steve Wiggins.

Our 2nd iPad winner was Mrs Ann Trundle from Chelmsford. Ann could not believe her ears when we called her to confirm she had won and shortly after she had even more reasons to celebrate when we confirmed we had sold her property the same day. She is pictured receiving her prize from Director, Graham Hughes.
