According to Margot Kaminksi, the executive director of Yale's Information Society Project, "The so-called stakeholder participation in negotiations of the Trans-Pacific Partnership has been transparency theater, not real transparency," she told us. "At the instigation of USTR, all negotiators were made to sign a confidentiality agreement back in March 2010 that does not allow disclosure of documents until four years after the treaty has been signed."

That is simply mind-blowing. This sounds like Obamacare transparency revisited.
