Chris has worked within a range of commercial property sectors, including Offices, Industrial and Retail, however in recent years, he has particularly focused on the acquisition & disposal of industrial / warehousing premises in the greater Birmingham area. He has personally acted for landlords on some of the most significant multi-let estates and large scale facilities along the M6 and M42 corridors in particular. Such instructions have required an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the local market to maximise value and fulfill client expectations. The exposure Chris has acquired through working in the agency / transactional markets has in turn, enabled him to offer unrivaled strategic asset management advice, including the negotiation of lease renewals, lease restructuring and rent reviews.

Graham has over 50 years’ experience in the property industry and GR Darby & Co), 37 years ago in 1977. Before starting the company, Graham gained a diverse skill set through working in a range of different positions over the first 14 years of his career which has enabled him to provide comprehensive advice across all property sectors, including residential land and sales, commercial disposals and acquisitions, rating appeals, landlord and tenant advice and property management.

James has considerable commercial property experience, having spent the last 8 years working in the highly regarded National Industrial & Logistics team at Colliers International. Prior to this, he spent 5 years at GR Darby developing an extensive understanding of all aspects of land & property.
