We are terribly sorry about the problems you experienced. We are in the process of changing appointment notification systems and unfortunately the new system was being duplicated by the prior system. As for the problem related to Dr. Hill versus Dr. Stewart and the confusion Dr. Hill's schedule is changing as she is soon leaving.
