This man was incredibly fortunate that his Club had a defibrillator installed on the club premises! Does your Club or workplace have a defibrillator installed?

Did you know the Philippines has one of the highest drowning rates in the world?

To help address this, we have proudly donated a First Aid Kit worth $170 to FLOAT, a not-for-profit project by the Rotary Club of Griffith University that aims to provide learn-to-swim and surf life saving programs to the Philippines.

If you would like to donate to this fantastic cause, you can do so at https://www.gofundme.com/float-swim-aid-in-the-philippines

Pictured: First Aid Accident and Emergency Co-Founder Mel Whimpey presents the donated First Aid Kit to Susie Patton, Placement Coordinator & Harassment/Discrimination Contact Officer, School of Pharmacy and Pharmacology, Griffith University.

With the recent attacks in WA, it's a good idea to brush up on shark attack first aid. The odds are low that you will be involved in an attack, but knowing this first aid could mean the difference between life and death.
