Just walked out of the store looking to purchase 4 sims and switch over from Verizon. I already bought 4 Galaxy 5 S's. There was a young girl that seemed really young (possibly in high school) and a second female working there. The young girl was very unhelpful and just did not want to be bothered eventhough I told her I was looking to switch over 4 lines. She gave me a look asif to say :"So? Why are you bothering me". I then asked her what she needed for me to start the service she basically stopped talking and started walking away to get 3 sheets of printer paper for her colleague because they ran out of paper on that machine. Once she got back her colleague asked why she only got 3 sheets and she said she didnt feel like walking over to the place to get more. I was amazed. She spoke in slang the entire time and never gave complete answers or used complete sentences. If you represent a business as a sales person, you should alteast have communication skills. I then politely asked her for the family plan brochure to which she said sure, give me a second. A few minutes later she was still distracted and I never got the paper. I walked around the store and there was not a single printout with the plan info. I ended up walking out the store without activating 4 new lines and canceling 4 competitor lines. I've done business a few years back in this place and I can truly tell you that while it looks much better inside, the quality of service I received tonight has me rethinking the entire t-mobile switch from verizon. If this is a sign of the type of service I'm going to receive it truly concerns me. Thanks for reading.

Walked in was not acknowledged by anyone. The first desk I passed someone just looked up and did nothing. I continued to walk to the second desk towards the right where a gentleman seemed annoyed by my asking for a specific sample of carpet I needed. He quickly walked me over and immediately started suggesting cheaper carpets etc. He had no clue about my budget and never discussed it. He basically told me to go walk around, showed me where to find the prices and to figure it out on my own. I think this was mostly because I came in casual jeans or something. Either way, walked out the store. I was annoyed enough to write this review and will never shop there again. You might have a better experience if you go in with a suit and tie.

I've had a claim filed since Sept 22nd 2013 and have not yet received any callbacks. I have called more then 10 times, each time told that they will email the person handling it. So far he has never reached out, and I actually got him on the phone but he said he was to busy and would call me back. After a brief argument, he never called me back. I called and asked for a manager, was told there is nobody available and they would have a manager call me back. Guess what, no manager has called me back. Today I called again and its still the same story. Go with another company if you wish your claimed to be handled if god forbid you ever need one. This company is the worst and reminds me of MCI costumer service and AOL. Think twice, these reviews are here from actual costumers.

I just called to speak to the lady that just did my floor and these heavy accent Slovakian bastards actually yelled at me. I explained that I had a good experience, so why would I not want to deal with same rep. They cursed me out, treattended my life and dared me to come in. Wtf? How can this be a business ? Please don't put your life on the line with this company.....

I've had to use this rental location a few times now. They always appear to have new staff members and horrible customer service. I called a couple of times before taking my car into the dealership to confirm the availability of select models since my dealer only reimburses for the same type of manufacturer. They are always rude, and just lie straight up. One lady today even had a complete conversation by herself on the phone without allowing me to even ask any questions, and then hung up the phone. I mean, how do you have a conversation by yourself and then hang up the phone? I can see this company being the next on the list for bankruptcy. Please save yourself the disappointment and hassle. The cars are NEVER clean. They guy sprays water on the car using a hose and doesn't clean the inside, or really the outside. They gave me a car with an empty tank 3 times and tell me to bring it back with the same amount of gas. How does one plan to drive around and bring a car back perfectly with an empty tank of gas? Inside the vehicle had old food smelling, dog hair all over. They close conveniently at 12 on Saturdays and your pretty much stuck with the piece of crap they give you. For anyone using this as a business reason, please do yourself a favor and skip this location. Its obvious that they are only still barely in business because of the dealerships using them for customer rentals. Thanks.
