This is very disappointing to read, Sheng. I'm glad things started off on the right foot, but obviously we want your entire meal to be enjoyable. As we have been here in Bethesda for almost 6 years, we have sold all the dishes you describe to many positive reviews, I'm very sorry you didn't care for them. I'll certainly look into your comments, but those dishes are truly classics on our menu, and I have not had anyone with similar feedback.
Your comments are a bit brash, but that is what people can do online...Did you bring up your "disgusting" dessert experience to anyone here? WE would have gladly replaced...I really wish guests would communicate in person so we can fix the problem. I have tasted the Tira Misu just now, perhaps you got a portion that was a little wetter than others? The one I have here now is beautiful, and a dessert that we've had on our menu since we opened...
I truly work hard at our business, and would have appreciated your feedback in person, perhaps we could have gotten you another dessert, or entree that better fit your tastebuds.
