Delegating to marketing service providers that are just “marketers” or just “techies”. This results in frustration as you spend big bucks for websites that are pretty and flashy—but that don’t bring you clients. The whole thing ends up being a complete waste of time and money.

Doing it yourself. While growing your business through hard work, word of mouth, and traditional advertising, sales have flatlined. You’ve tried everything and are still just squeaking by.

Once we get her attention and prove that we can solve her problem, we present an offer. There are many ways we can do this, but at their core they all say “Come into our spa today and we’ll fix your pain.”

The result of executing this correctly is that you’ll have a predictable way to generate new high quality guests month after month.

And the best part?

You will know down to the dollar and day how your business and marketing efforts will perform.

You’ll finally have the boost that moves your business forward when and where you need it.

★Solving the puzzle★

To execute this predictable patient-creation system correctly, you need to get these four things in alignment: your message, your market, your media and your system.
