It seems the selection of wet cat food has been decreasing - I always buy Nestle-Purina Fancy Feast 3 oz cans, and recently they have NOT had a good selection of the Fancy Feast Classic Feast flavors.

Bought a snake and and it would not eat. The snake died and they were very rude when we wanted a refund about how we Needed a recipt even though I bought the snake on a card. After we found it we asked about a refund and the snake died just outside the 14 day warranty and the lady seemed happy I wasent eligible for a new snake or refund and hung up on me. I diddent lose my temper or any thing i was polite and the two times we called she talked to my wife and I like it was the last thing she ever wanted to do. Very poor customer service. I spent a lot of Money there and now I will never spend another dollar there.

Poor service. I was checking out 2 cans of cat food and being a civilized human being I went to put my basket back in place while the cashier would scan my items. It took me 5 seconds really, but the cashier decided to take another customer instead of scanning my items and I had to wait my turn because I made the mistake to be a nice customer. How rude it that ? This is not a way to treat customers who make an effort to not drop a cart anywhere! Well, I won't do the same mistake twice, next time I go there (if there is a next time) I'll drop my basket on the floor not caring about anyone else. Thanks for helping human society being even more civilized, Monster Pets!

I've been buying pet supplies here for a few months and although initially hesitant based on the reviews I encountered no particular problems; however, a week ago my roommate bought a baby female rabbit she fell in love with when we stopped into the store for our usual errands. We took the rabbit home and found that she was not pooping. This was Monday. The bunny died in our arms on Friday morning after three trips and a couple hundred dollars at the vet. The bunny (and her whole litter) were rushed to the pet store in time for Easter and they were weened too early so their GI tracks' lacked the proper bacteria to break down food thus leading to GI stasis (essentially colic) and death. The vet said the bunny was less than 2 months old -- far to young to be away from her mother. I called the store twice in the period we had here to alert them to the health problem and then to inform them of the rabbit's death. In that time, they sold all of the other rabbits brought in at the same time as ours and there was nothing they could do to alert the new owners to the potential health problems. The person I spoke with on the phone said that we could come in and get a new rabbit or a store credit refund... (1.) We don't want another rabbit from them EVER and (2.) We aren't feeling very hospitable to shopping their in future so what is the point of a store credit? I haven't tried to get the credit yet but the paperwork says the pet in question must be returned to the store to get the health guarantee refund and the rabbit's remains are no longer in my possession (having brought them to be cremated). A vivid reminder to: NEVER BUY PETS FROM A PET STORE. Go to a breeder or a shelter ALWAYS.
