With three svc 4 ohm subs, if you run them all in parallel to the box terminal, then that terminal will read about 1.33 ohms.  You can run a wire from each positive on the speakers directly into the positive terminal on the box.  Then do the same with the negatives - a wire from each negative terminal running into the negative terminal on the box.  You are not going to get any current loss running thru the box terminal - just make sure you have good connections.  Unfortunately we are not going to be able to post a video very soon.

Hey Chris - we do have this video thatI believe will work for you.  Subwoofer Wiring: Two 4 ohm DVC Subs in Parallel.  This video is wiring 2 DVC 4 ohms in parallel down to a 1 ohm load to the amp.  Everything will be identical for you just you will be using DVC 2 ohm subs which will end up showing the amp a .5 ohm load.  Hope this helps!!!

Hey Craig - The PXi50.2 is only stable down to 2 ohms per stereo channel.  You can run a set of the PS5250 on one channel but the CVT651 is a 1 ohm speaker and it will be to low of an impedence for the 2nd channel.

Sorry for the delay!  You would be running that amp at 4 ohm stereo.  I checked out the specs on that amp and you would be running 200 watts to each voice coil.

We have actually tossed that idea around over the years but the money and time involved in breaking into a new market is huge - we have decided to stay focused on the product lines we have now.  Thanks for the input!

Hey Dylan - I could not find the exact JL amp you had listed but if it is stable at 1 ohms mono then you will want to wire your 2 x 2 ohm subs in parallel and run them to that amp.  This will show the amp a 1 ohm load and the two subs will share the 1000 watts, so each one will see 500 watts RMS.  If you were to run the amp at 4 ohms mono then the amp will only push 400 watts to both subs and each will see only 200 watts each.

Thank you so much I've had 7 systems so far but they all were single subwoofers and I've never figured out how to use a mono with multiple woofers. The Amp is right here. http://www.crutchfield.com/S-dRdRleBEumn/p_136J210001/JL-Audio-J2-1000-1.html

I think that its 1 ohm stable what do you think? so wiring subwoofers together splits power? I didn't know that.

and also! its cool to know that the wattage of a speaker stays the same no matter the ohm load!

Wish we had a good answer to give you but there are so many factors involved in SPL ratings including the box type, box volume, loading factor of the vehicle, etc that we are unable to give you a good estimate.

Providing high-performance audio since 1973!
Introduction
Music...it's deep in our roots. We live it, breathe it and make it KICK!

KICKER Performance Audio is cutting-edge – our concert-like acoustics and innovative design in mobile stereo systems put us on the map.

We began in 1973 as a two-person operation, hand-building pro-sound speaker systems from a single-car garage. We soon became a player in the car-stereo scene, providing the world’s most recognizable bass with signature square subwoofers and vicious power amplifiers.

KICKER mobile audio for cars, trucks and boats are sought worldwide, and now critically acclaimed Docking Systems, noise-isolation earbuds and comfortable headphones are shaking up what remains of the planet.
