Why, when the temperature is only 18 degrees Celsius, does this restaurant have the air conditioning turned up too high? The temperature was less than 16 degrees in the restaurant, making for an unpleasant dining experience. It makes you wonder whether they don't do it on purpose, in order to hurry people out?
