Many people cannot isolate movement in their thoracic spine, which leads them to move too much in their neck and lower back, which can overly stress those areas and lead to issues over time. In this exercise, you'll be trying to better isolate movement in that one area, which will give you greater control over your body and better help to prevent issues down the road. In this video, I will show you a way to inhibit another muscle called the Levator Scapulae that also shrugs your shoulders like your Traps.
