I have never been treated so poorly as when I went to Julio's to get an estimate on my car. I walked into the shop and the lady at the front desk looked me up and down with glare in her eyes and said “what do you want?” I had pictures of my car looking for a rough verbal estimate. She didn’t even take one look at my pictures before saying “Not interested.” I told her this shop had been recommended to me by a friend but "that must have been a mistake." I said I would make sure he doesn't recommend this shop any more. She then tried to explain why she wasn’t interested and gave me a verbal quote of $7500 (obviously too high) still insisting that she wasn't interested. I asked if she wanted $7500 and said I would pay up front. She said “I don’t want it.” Julio's doesn't want your money. Take it somewhere else.
