+Robert Y Colța Try making a phone call with it though. Mine always crashes. I did the same thing and that's what happens every time. My point is, they need to actually support Linux fully (every architecture) instead of going half-way with it.

Here's how to run CCleaner as a portable app by the guys who wrote the software http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleaner/ccleaner-how-tos/running-ccleaner-from-a-usb-drive

Also portableapps.com have a workaround for ccleaner here http://portableapps.com/node/151

Here's superantispyware http://www.superantispyware.com/portablescannerhome.html

It's easy enough to make a portable app yourself with winrar check this http://www.ztuts.com/2013/04/how-to-make-portable-apps-using-winrar.html

These tools are also found on the hirens boot cd.

+Grzegorz G. if its only a bit lighter then I'll pass since the time to learn plus the possibility that something might go wrong is higher so it seems.

+Lewis Goddard I added 5gb swap ty I am considering on that for him since its really all he have for work.

I got somebody interested in  but they want to have a NTFS file parition so winXp and ubuntu can share files. This computer will have mulitply users so and so to protect the data from the other users on ubuntu, is it possible to hid it or so from all other users? but the main user that will access the partition on the ubuntu side.

How to access files from different users on one computer? This person wants file sharing between users on one computer?

Separate shared partition and symlink it into the users home directory. Just set ownership of the partition to a group that both users are part of.

Can't seem to get the appcenter. Keeps saying "Could not apply changes! Fix broken packages first" and I can't seem to find the broken packages on Synaptic Pack Manager.
