One of the key ways to break a bad habit is logging it when it occurs.

"Measurement of anything tends to change it and makes people much more aware in the first place."

-James Claiborn, PhD, a psychologist

One rainy day, a delivery man came into the office and dropped off a package. When we opened the package, we were surprised to find umbrellas with tapTrak’s logo stamped on them. Bursting with excitement, everyone in the office stopped working just to take pictures and post them on Facebook.

We would like to thank the Undergrad Marketing Organization from Carnegie Mellon University for providing us this surprising gift, and keeping our heads dry!

Did you know that doctors recommend you eat at least one orange a day? Now with tapTrak, you can count how many oranges you eat to make sure you get your vitamin C and prevent yourself from getting sick during the flu season!

Sometimes cooking a healthy meal can be a mess (Especially when you're cooking egg whites). Here is a simple solution on how to remove the egg yolk with just a water bottle.

Sometimes trying to stay healthy seems like a big challenge. The truth is, there are no shortcuts. However, after creating and testing multiple traks, we were able to develop a list of traks to help you stay in shape with minimal amount of effort.

By using the countdown feature for tapTrak, you set yourself up for a goal you need to meet every month. After each month, just reset your traks and repeat.

Ways to use the listed traks

1. Every other morning/night, eat an apple or orange.
2. Visit the doctor once a year.
3. Hit the gym twice a week for an hour each session.
4. Twice a week, replace your daily lunch with a salad.
