Great spot. Close to lots of bars if you want a post-dinner drink also! Started off with the caprese salad and limoncello wings (small order). Highly recommend. For 2 people, I definitely recommend those starts with one pizza. Also, the Lazio pizza is delicious.

This is an interesting place, the menu is diverse the salads beautifully made and the ingredients are exquisite (yes exquisite). I thought the service was quick and efficient, the waiter seemed like he was in an awful hurry though which made the dining experience a little stressful, not huge, just a little. I do have to say that the waiter was quite good, the problem was that he didn't really wait for me to respond to some of his actions, I still tipped him 20+ percent. So why only 4 stars, well, it's simple, with the ingredients so wonderful and the layout being beautiful and my sausage (and some other ingredients) pizza so very tasty there was a single glitch, the cooking process. I was told that their oven is set somewhere between 900-1000°. Huh? I didn't need to taste the pizza to know what would happen, the tops of the crust are carbonized black and the cheeze in the middle is barely melted. Anyone with an understanding of heat dynamics will tell you that at that temperature the top parts that stick up (crust) will be burned and there isn't enough time to get the heat to the center of the pizza, hence the middle is considerably less done than the outside. When I mentioned that the inside of the pizza was barely warm the waiter stated quickly that he'd have another one made for me. He didn't wait for me to respond and what I wanted to say was that all it needed was to be warmed up a bit and let the interior heat more. Very quickly they whipped up another one, and in 2+ minutes they gave me a brand new pizza, and guess what, this one was just as imbalanced; crust carbonized, outside cheese well done, inside cheese barely done. I realized with the waiter doing things this way that I would get nowhere complaining again, since the problem was with the cooking time and not his work, so I accepted the pizza as it was, ate it and left. Again, it had VERY tasty ingredients, even cooked so strangely it was a good pizza. So the problem is the cooking time/heat ratio. A good and humble chef will read this review and hopefully take some time to work on a more reasonable temperature to cooking time (I was told that the pizza's spend 90 seconds in the oven). I sincerely hope that the managers and the cooks here will take that time. This pizza has the possibility of becoming one of the most amazing pizza's of it's type that I've ever tasted, the huge drawback to the final product is the cooking process. Hence the 4 stars.

First time that I've been back since the change from Marco's Coal-Fired. Service was polite, friendly, and spot on. The pizzas were excellent as always - super fresh ingredients, piping hot, skillfully made and delivered. Ordered one of the large salads as well, which was lightly dressed and fresh as could be. Top marks.

We were on vacation from Chicago and they immediately made us feel welcome. They even gave us a whole Nutella pizza complimentary. Very friendly, extremely fast and great service. I would go here all the time if I could

WOW. Definitely the best pizza I've ever had. So refreshing. It actually makes you slow down and enjoy the taste. The atmosphere is perfect also. Great blend of casual, bustling , and just fun. But the thing that amazed us most was our server Lorenzo. All I can say is his passion for great food and amazing service set the bar for others to try to match. A definite must visit. Thank you Lorenzo again for a great experience.

(I was an upscale food server for years, so I know that most restaurants aren't that good. - just a way to shake $$$ out of you, and most food server are tip collectors) Went there on a dinner date. My date ordered an old fashioned and it was around $10 maybe $12 for literally one finger worth of liquor (approximately 1.5 oz total). My date was not a big drinker either and when she saw it her eyes almost fell out (what is this? A sample, she said). My beer was $8. The six pack at an expensive liquor store is $9. The worst part about this place is the noise. Everyone is nearly yelling. Go try it. Perhaps you'll like night club yelling. Perhaps you won't. The pizza is good.

BEST PIZZA IN TOWN, they seriously have the best pizza, the freshest ingredients and the best service all around. We got greeted by everyone even in a super busy Friday night, our server was amazing and the rest of the team was very attentive. The manager took great ownership of the place. I even asked her if she was the owner just because of the way she treated everybody. This is my favorite Pizza restaurant. Thank you guys!!

Last night my sister and I drove all the way to Denver just to find a great pizza restaurant for my birthday dinner, it was freezing outside so we just randomly walked into Racca's and immediately fell in love! With the beautiful decor, we loved how friendly EVERYONE was, we loved how fast the service was, and how amazingly delicious the food was! Amanda was one of the most amazing waitresses I've ever had! She was so awesome & so helpful & she definitely needs a raise! There was professional service and it was quite impressive. I will definitely return with not only my family & friends but I will also recommend this restaurant to everyone I know! Thanks again for a fantastic night & wonderful service!

Yesterday we posted a pic of Mark judging the USA Caputo Cup. What is Caputo Flour?

It's one of the ingredients that makes our pizzas special. We use Antimo Caputo "00" to create the best Neapolitan pizza around. Antimo Caputo focuses on tradition and consistency. While other mills' wheat may vary according to the weather and other conditions, Caputo is able to consistently create our proprietary blend of wheat every season to the same uncompromising standard. This focus on tradition, quality, and consistency gives our pizza its perfectly soft and flavorful crust.

Some local love from Business Denver. These guys are doing a great job of covering news from local businesses around Denver!
With new locations in the works in Lakewood and Wyoming, a local pizza brand is switching up its image, in part to distance itself from a quickly-expanding national chain
