Last two times I've been here they've managed to break a different part of my car.. and then offer no acceptable solution (both times!). A few months ago I come in for a car wash and end up with my rear-view mirror completely unhinged. The car is pretty new.. 2011 Subaru, but they still managed to break the rear-view mirror. The manager brought a screwdriver and tried to fix it unsuccessfully then didn't offer anything after he failed. I ended up having to take it to the dealership where they were able to fix it (and luckily for free). A few months later I took my car back to Lozano and they managed to break my license plate holder. One of the metal plates that was glued on, got broken off. I noticed this before picking up the car and the same manager from before came and started looking around the floor for the broken piece. He found it but then mentioned that he doesn't have any silicone to tape it back, so he just gave it to me and that's it, he expected me to take car of it. So thanks Lozano. Everytime I come here you break a different piece of my car. Calling the phone number of the actual management is useless too as they don't even answer. Stay away.

I gave this place many tries after reading the poor reviews giving the benifit of the doubt. This place either does a great job or terrible job. There's no consistency. I've decided to wash my car myself from now on. The towels they use are dirty which leave scratches on your car when they dry it. The last straw was that they dried my car with a rag that had gum on it. Avoid this place.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS - They have thieves!! . Just went there today and looked like a decent place. They even had popcorn and lemonade. It was a decent-ly good car wash. However, I had a pair of Ray Ban's hidden in the glove compartment. Somewhere they should not be looking and I try to pull it out on the road and find that it is not there. I went back to the car wash and they all played innocent and said nothing had happened. Checking this yelp shows that they have a history of bad service and stolen items - even things like GPS and Phones. The audacity and negligence shown by management can render this place for a lawsuit and urge other people who have had bad experiences to write their views. We can't have the trust of consumers be stripped away in this manner. Thank you for reading.

I was surprised to not see a higher rating on Lozano's, they're great. It's a cheap price, gets done quick, and my kids love the free horse ride, popcorn, and juice!

There should be an option for zero stars - 1 star is giving too much credit. Short version of this story is that it as sketchy, irresponsible operation deserving of no one's business. We took our car here for a second time to this MV location after the first visit yielded decent results for a reasonable price. Second time was a disaster, though. On my girlfriend's way home from the car wash (leaving MV for SF and too late to get back before they closed), she noticed things - dirty film left on the outside of the windows, filth left all over the steering wheel and the dash, then she looked into the rear view mirror and saw that the third brake light was broken. The cover had been knocked off, and the plastic clip holding the cover on was snapped off and 2 feet away - obviously someone banged it hard enough to do that. I could not call the next day until after 6pm, so it went to their voicemail system - the manager's mailbox was full and would not take messages, but I found an administration mailbox and left messages there. I received no return calls. Days later, we tried again but the manager on duty argued with me that they don't clean back there so they didn't do it. The guy also accused me of not calling soon enough, so it must not be their fault. I asked for his manager and he said it was Richard but that he didn't know his last name. I asked how he gets in touch with Richard by phone and he said he doesn't - he only talks to him when Richard is at the shop. You would do well to drive right on past any Lozano's Brushless Car Wash.

The MV location no longer provides free coffee/lemonade/popcorn , but the PA location still does. They've gotten very cheap. Just an average wash/service.
