There's a book called Eloquent JavaScript. I'm suspicious of any book that combines positive adjectives and “JavaScript”. The author clearly doesn't understand the subject matter. Here are some suggestions for books in other fields:

Dentistry: Wisdom Teeth Removal: The Good Parts
