Just finished up a second transaction with Balboa Capital in less then a year and I must say the second time was even easier than the first. Doing business with them has been about as simple as it can get in my opinion. I just called my agent Anthony gave him the numbers and the salesman's phone number and the 2 of them worked out all the details. All I had to do was sign the papers and pick up the equipment. Looking forward to a long relationship with these guys. Thanks Matt's Tree Service

I can't say enough about the quality of service from the Balboa Capital team. Anthony S. was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional and assisted us through the whole process. I would definitely recommend Balboa to anyone who may have any capital equipment needs.

The team at Balboa Capital works hard to assure that your needs are met in a very timely manner. They assisted us with a equipment lease purchase and everyone from Brendan our lending agent to the funding team were exceptional to work with.

This is the most underhanded leasing company I have ever worked with. They set you up on automatic payments and think it is a license to charge you whatever fees they can conjure up. I spent several phone calls talking to their representative before entering into this lease, listing all the possible associated fees to ascertain the cost of this lease before deciding it was feasible. We are now at the end of a 2 year lease and have been informed that they are charging us another $500 'termination' fee. Their customer service representatives are rude and so unhelpful. I can't even get to speak to a manager to discuss this. I was told this is a $1 buyout lease. We were never told it would cost another $500 at the end. Such bad, bad, bad business people!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I wish I could give them NO stars.

Worse business experience ever! They offered equipment finance with a 1$ buy out and changed the contract on us. Their customer service is the worst! If anybody has a lawsuit against this company I will be very happy to join you. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS CRIMINALS!!!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have changed the terms of their agreement simply by sending a letter that says we made an error in calculating your payment and it is now ____________. "Since this change was not deemed to be material in nature, the lease was commenced in order to avoid any funding delays." The "immaterial change" was an increase of more than 10% to the monthly payment. You can't get anyone to explain the methodology to you and you get multiple different answers. I finally spoke with someone to walk me through it and when I asked clarifying answers, she got upset and would not answer any more questions. When I asked for her supervisor, she REFUSED to give it to me. This is a bait and switch company pure and simple. ****AVOID AVOID AVOID*******

Not surprised if the company is on the verge of going out of business as Balboa phone lines ring endlessly, if calls are answered it is not by a person, it's by a voice message (messages are NEVER returned). Emails are rarely returned. I would not recommend this company. BEWARE.
