Go behind the scenes of our #GoogleDigitalCoaches program with the Googlers (Google employees) who are passionate about bridging the digital divide. In our new video, watch them share why they helped to conduct community research and then guide the creation of the Coaches program, which we've developed with trusted business owners in 9 communities across the United States. The program offers free, open-to-the-public workshops on building digital skills and using tools like AdWords. Sign up for a free Google Digital Coaches program and learn more at www.accelerate.withgoogle.com

We're continuing to share quotes from dynamic women entrepreneurs in our Small Business Supplier Diversity program, who have built and grown their own businesses and find time to inspire others. This week, Erica Liu Williams, founder of gr8nola (www.gr8nola.com), shares this, below, to get us motivated and energized (like Erica!). Gr8nola supplies delicious, healthy granola to our micro-kitchens at Google. We're always open for business with entrepreneurs at any stage in their journey, and we offer digital training and other benefits to diverse small businesses. You can apply to become a Google supplier, like Erica, here: https://goo.gl/EVFeqe

We're continuing to highlight the dynamic women entrepreneurs who are suppliers to Google. They are also part of our growing Accelerate with Google network of mentors for the next generation of small business owners. Here's some advice from Ara Farnam-Levinson, Founder of Rock Paper Scissors Events in San Diego, CA. Ara works with us through our Small Business Supplier Diversity program, which also offers Google training and tools for small business owners at any stage in their entrepreneurial journey. [You can apply to be a Google supplier, too, at https://goo.gl/EVFeqe]

Weekend reading: go deep behind the scenes at Google and see how we created our Small Business Supplier Diversity program, designing it to meet the unique needs of women-, minority-, veteran-, disabled- and LGBTQ-owned businesses (and to offer free digital skills training, fast payment, and a quicker way to onboard). Our own Chris Genteel and Adrianna Samaniego co-authored this piece in Supply Chain Management Review.

We've been working with our Washington, D.C.-area based diverse supplier Creative Theory Agency to capture the spirit and accomplishments of women business owners across the U.S.

These women are our suppliers and our Google Digital Coaches; they're entrepreneurs and influencers who use Google and YouTube tools; or they have attended our free, open-to-the-public Accelerate with Google or Google Digital Coaches workshops to expand their reach and drive economic impact.

Together, they represent a dynamic, supportive (and growing!) network of women business owners with candid and actionable advice for women entrepreneurs at any stage in their journey.

We'll be featuring their stories and tips here in coming weeks. But today, we're sharing (via Creative Theory Agency) a special look at a limited-edition print collection of their narratives and portraits that we've had on hand at recent Accelerate with Google events. Special thanks to Creative Theory, as well as ASAP Prints, a woman-owned supplier to Google, who printed the paper version.
