Even at its busiest it feels like a well oiled machine. Food is always being changed for fresh, and is always pipping hot. The sushi is made by sushi chefs behind the counter. And your drinks and plates are always taken care of in a timely fashion. At the same time, they don't hover as some do waiting for the moment to snag your plate from you. It's one of my favorite buffets.
