A couple of people have forwarded me this recent blog post by lightgetsin, about her attempts to get support around accessibility issues, including a hostile response from someone she contacted at Google.

A hostile response to someone looking for help using a product is not okay. There's no excuse. I'm surprised and disappointed to hear about her experience.

If you happen to know lightgetsin and can put her in touch with me directly, please do let me know. Or if you've experienced something similar in communicating with Google about accessibility, I want to hear from you.
