Life often feels like a choice between enjoying yourself and making sure the bills get paid. The truth is, when it comes to living a fulfilling, authentic life, balance is key.

Like you, we struggle with maintaining the balance between having fun and making sure the house is clean. We question how to protect our children while giving them the freedom they need to grow. We want to indulge in our favorite treats and also live a healthy lifestyle. We juggle keeping our relationships strong with getting our much-needed me time.

Along the way, we’ve picked up a few tricks that have helped us improve ourselves, become better parents and partners, work toward financial wellness, and live a healthier lifestyle, and we want to share them with you.
