ASK FOR JEFF! We purchased a 2014 Chevy Captiva from Jeff at Broadway Automotive on Ashland. The entire staff was very helpful and courteous. Jeff, especially, was great to work with. He was very willing to negotiate on price and very respectful in doing so. Once we agreed to purchase the vehicle they took care of everything from there. Jeff took the time to sit in the vehicle with us and make sure we understood how all the features worked before we drove off the lot. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend Jeff and Broadway to family and friends.

I purchased a new Santa Fe Sport from Broadway Automotive. It is a great car! I had a super all around experience at Broadway. All of the Employees were very helpful and genuine - not at all "pushy". We use the services at Broadway for all the normal maintenance a car requires - oil changes - filter changes, etc. Thanks Broadway - you are a first class organization!

Broadway Automotive's support for Veterans on Veterans Day 2015 and the weeks leading up to it was above and beyond what I or anyone could have asked for. Their generosity and support will help change and even save Veterans lives for many years to come. You thanked me for my service, I now thank you for taking care of those who have served.

We couldn't be happier to be writing a review for Broadway Automotive. We have been doing business with them for as long as we can remember. and they are always very honest and fair. They are one of the most trustworthy dealerships in the area, and they are a great asset to the community. Anyone looking to buy a car, whether for yourself or for your company, I highly recommend going to one of the Broadway stores in the area, or talk to one of the Cuene family members that are affiliated with Broadway. You will not regret your choice. We are very grateful for everything they have been able to do for us, and we look forward to all future business with them. Thanks for everything. Your Friends at, Vos Electric Inc.

My wife and I had decided on a Friday night to look for a new family car. My wife already knew what she wanted in her next car choice. After looking around for cars and visiting couple dealerships. We were starting to reconsider purchasing a car. Then, we started working with Linda at Broadway Automotive on the Ashland Ave location. The following Monday, I happened to be driving thru the Broadway Automotive Military location and found the car that we liked. It was a 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe. Ironically, it was not even a car my wife had considered. So much for knowing what we wanted! We contacted Linda about the vehicle. She drove over from the Ashland Ave location and helped us set up a test drive. Linda helped us fit the car into our budget and we bought the car that same day! It was a fantastic experience all around. They gave us a more than fair offer for our trade in and we never felt pressured about buying the car. We loved the fact that Linda came to us from the other location. Making it much less complicated than it could have been. The Broadway Team at the Military location was very accommodating to us. The Team at Broadway sold us an extended (Gold) protection program. Giving us the piece of mind to go along with our purchase. Which, after everything , was the icing on the cake for us. I would definitely refer someone to Broadway if they are looking for a vehicle.

You are supposed to get a better used vehicle when you buy from a dealer. That is why Kelly Blue Book and Edmunds give a high value from a dealer than a private party. Save your money. They didn't check/fix any of the minor electrical issues with our vehicle. When we brought it to their attention we were charge $90 to analyze the problem, $20 to replace a fuse and given an estimate of $270 to fix a corroded electrical switch

The technician recommended replacing: (1)Installed sway bar end links $143 (New ones were installed in the last year); (2) Incorrectly diagnose rear pinion seal $199 (The differential/rear end fluid is full) ; (3) Incorrectly diagnose drive shaft $1006 (Three's no visual, audio and feel signs of wear); (4) Incorrectly diagnose brakes (The pads were replaced within the last 6 months. The calipers need replacement but were missed.) $234; (5) Incorrectly diagnose transmission gasket/filter $201 (There's no tranny fluid leaking for a gasket replacement but instead engine oil contamination.) However, as like an oil change it is a good recommendation to regularly change the transmission fluid/filter. - Thank you The root cause of the excess oil is a rotting oil pan contaminating the complete undercarriage at highway speeds; including the complete drive train. If the driveshaft was bent, unstable & damaged the pinion seal then the 90 weight lube would not be full in the rear drive housing. A complete misdiagnose of the issue. The obvious oil pan issue was completely overlooked. I reviewed the recommended service and photographed my findings if you wish to see them. Gee, even the oil pan's plug was not sufficiently tightened. I appreciate Broadway’s good intentions but this experience causes me not to trust their technicians’ skillsets. I’m a professional electrical engineer, performing personal backyard mechanics since attending NWTC automotive in1976. However, Broadway professionally reviews automotive issues daily. How could they be so far off on their diagnosis?
