Nice cocktails, nice beers and whisky. The food we had was very nice, but the menu is quite small, so not a huge amount of choice. It's also very busy in the evenings, so sometimes a 2 hour wait for a table.

Fantastic evening at High West. Ambience, food & unique drinks are wonderful.we had the whiskey pairing (rendezvous rye ) with the main - absolutely delicious. Not cheap but worth every penny.!

This was the best restaurant we visited while in Park City. If the service were more personal and they took reservations, I'd give it 5 stars. But as it is they serve unique food with style and have the most spectacular rye whiskey I've ever had. We started with a pretzel and beer cheese. Fantastic - we took the leftover cheese home and snacked later. Next Shishito peppers two ways - tempura fried and roasted. Fantastic - I'd never had tempura friend Shishitos before. For entrees chicken schnitzel, pan fried trout, and mac & cheese (a side, but rich enough for an entree). We also had a side of roasted cauliflower gratin. Everything fantastic - the schnitzel was moist and delicious, the trout was perfectly cooked (would have preferred the Remoulade sauce on the side - my miss), and the mac & cheese was rich, creamy, and a bit spicy. Well, the cauliflower could have been better - it didn't have a roasted flavor and was not quite cooked as I'd expect in a gratin. The Rendezvous Rye is exceptional straight up or on the rocks. It's worth a visit all by itself. We finished the evening with house-made s'mores. I'd probably try something else next time - I prefer plain old s'mores. But they weren't bad - I passed on Butterscotch Budino though and have some regrets.

We visited on a Thursday evening - it was packed!! But for some reason we were extremely lucky to be seated in the "Cozy Room" - where the cruvinet system is. At least 40 -/+ wines are set up on their cruvinet system and an awesome variety as well! Our waitress, Kambrin, was simply amazing! She was extremely personable and knew her stuff (wine, whiskey & the menu)! A glass of Campfire, a glass of Road 31 Pinot Noir. I loved that Kambrin knew the story of Road 31 Winery. We ordered appetizers - the deviled eggs and the pretzel. Deviled Eggs were fantastic. I wish the pretzel was slightly larger or maybe served two of the smaller ones. The garnishments that accompanied the pretzel were delicious but we had plenty left over so we saved it - even though we really didn't finish it. Both of our main entrees were incredible. Bison burger & the Lamb Stew with a side of brussel sprouts. The brussels were cooked perfectly! We opted for no dessert but I am sure it would have been fabulous!! They didn't rush us - even though they were busy. Which I really appreciated. If I could give them 10 Stars I would! If ever in the Park City area - this is a must visit!

Jeremy was fantastic. He gave us a tour and he was well verse in the distillery. You have to visit you will not be disappointed. The food and drinks were great. I would highly recommend. You can not leave Park City without going to High West

This is just the best. The atmosphere is great and the food is amazing. I am a Park City local and I have to say this is my favorite restraunt.

Awesome place, great food, amazing whiskey. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. A must visit whenever I'm in Park City.
