Thank you for your comments, Maria.
I am glad that you mentioned the team, because what makes Central London Osteopathy and Sports Injury Clinic special is that we have skilled practitioners who work together as a team when a condition will benefit from more than one approach.

Thank you for your words.
Although we would spend longer time together my techniques are not time consuming, so a lot of new clients are very surpriced how much we can do in a short time.
When working onsite with sports people during intense competition it is important to have the ability to adress and treat the problem as quick as reasonably possible.

Dear Dan.
I am sorry you did not have a nice experience.
You actually saw a very experienced physiotherapist, who compliments his mainstream methods of diagnosis with applied kinesiology – which though for some might be difficult to understand.
By seeing him only once at least you didn't get delayed a lot, however as you refused to tell to himself what he in your opinion missed, we have not had a chance to learn from this where we could do better.
We routinely book our patients in for a follow-up session to either further improve or to do further investigations if nessessary.
When I saw your review I told him to contact you to find out where my clinic failed you, but you just put the phone down on him.
He told me that he found different issues as he works very holistically but might have emphasized some more than others in his communication with you.
For me he is an amazing practitioner who has treated many of my own sports injuries over the many years he has worked here and I often use him to support me with my own patients who need more than one approach.
We are used to positive feedback from our clients but if there is anyone who is unhappy I will always look into how we can improve as we set our standards very high with an experienced team of practitioners who are used to looking after Olympic athletes.
I would be very happy if you would contact myself so I can learn from this.
All the best, Torben.

Thank you for your nice comments.
Rob has been in the clinic for over 10 years and one of the most versatile physiotherapists you will ever meet.
We have a lot of experience with foot and ankle problems, which is important when you deal with World class athletes.

Thank you for your words, Jay.
I am happy that you enjoyed your visit and you are right that the initial Q & A's followed by the examination is essential for the following treatment outcome.
We will check not only where people say they have pains, but also find issues elsewhere which we can loosen up.

I hope you are back on your bike - but please watch out for those crazy cars...
This is what really makes me love my work: Helping someone like you with a problem that doesn't need to be there.
It is not magic or anthing like that - just finding a mechanical issue which happens to cause a lot of pain and locking, and then free it up.
Nice and easy but the effect can be spectacular.
